Mesa lost her first tooth!!! It has been wiggly for a LONG time. At lunch time we were watching it practically hanging there. So Matt grabbed a piece of string and wrapped it around the little tooth. We had been down this road before a couple of times but it never would come out! But this time... SNAP! A couple of tears and then a moment of pride. Later that afternoon we found a pouch and put a poem in it for the tooth fairy. Mesa also colored her two pictures. The next morning, she had a 2 dollar bill, 2 quarters, and a letter in her pouch from the tooth fairy.
Mesa has found that a lollipop rests perfectly in the spot where her tooth use to be. She was also excited the day she found out a straw fits there, too. So convenient!

So cute! The tooth fairy left Jackson a $2 bill also, for his first tooth, but not the quarters or letter - Mesa must be special! :-) Congrats to you, Miss. Mesa!!
